Ancaster Mill was an absolutely gorgeous backdrop for my sister-in-law's Winter wedding. The food was delicious - especially the desserts! - and we could not have asked for better service from the staff. They cared about the details, from having someone there to direct the pace of the ceremony procession to the wait staff working perfectly in-sync to the speech & toast schedules.
