I would recommend Queens Flowers to anyone who needs flowers for any occasion.We needed flowers for my grandfather's funeral and it was the first time we had ever ordered flowers so we knew almost nothing about floral arrangements. The pricing was very fair and they were very accommodating. The flowers ended up incredibly beautiful and fresh, truly honouring my grandfather's memory. The arrangements were very tasteful and funeral appropriate without being boring and drab.Most of all, the customer service was amazing. Firstly they were able to accommodate Chinese funeral customs of writing messages on the satin ribbons on the floral sprays. As we confirmed more attendances, they were patient with our multiple phone calls as we added and changed our order and flower specifications. And when two hours prior to the service, we realized we had forgotten an arrangement, they were able to deliver the extra flowers in time which made a painful and stressful event so much more manageable.I cannot thank Queens Flowers enough for all the help they provided and will be going back to them for all future events!
