The Host Fine Indian Cuisine

We engaged Host Fine Dining for catering for our daughters wedding. We had dined at the restaurant many times and also had their food at many friends events such as weddings. We spoke with Jay, Archana and Shelly as to what we wanted at the four events we were having. We had to cater for vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters. The event was also an outdoor garden event and so they needed to set up a kitchen and also bring a tandoor for all events. Archana and Shelly helped us with the menu and created some wonderful appetizers and main dishes according to what we wanted and with great suggestions that we had not even thought of. Then to complicate it all, due to thunderstorms expected on the date, we had to shift everything to the next day and with changes in the breakfast, lunch, and dinner schedule, all with only one days notice. All the crew from Host were amazing, Archana got to work rearranging everything working with Shelly and also Sidhu, the wonderful chef who ran the kitchen. Everything went very well, and the guests loved the food - the Mumbai street food as appetizers, the live food stations and full table service dinner. Jay had recommended we work with Zee of Empire Events for the wait staff and organising the tableware etc. we needed to order for the outdoor event, for which we are very thankful. We highly recommend Host Fine Indian Cuisine.
