To achieve this, we carefully monitor both the needs of you, the vendor (<em>our<\/em> client) and balance it with the needs and wants of our users (i.e. <em>your<\/em> clients).<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">In closely monitoring the preferences of our users (your clients), we have come to understand that<strong> many have expressed a strong preference for receiving responses from vendors directly in their message centre <\/strong>rather than via their direct email address. This\u00a0allows users to manage, organize, and sort all of their event-related emails, notes, and booking information all from one platform rather than having to keep track of their correspondence across multiple channels.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">In other words, <strong>when you receive a lead, rather than copying and pasting the sender&#8217;s email address and starting a new thread, it is instead recommended to simply click &#8220;reply&#8221; and the user will still receive your email directly to their inbox.<\/strong> We believe you&#8217;ll find that users are more inclined to respond more quickly to you.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Of course, you still have the option to respond with whatever method works best for you; we just wanted to share our findings with you.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions at all, please don&#8217;t hesitate to reach out to your EventSource representative.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re always looking at new and innovative ways to improve the functionality and usability of our website.
