After dating for eight years, Pat proposed to Diana in the most magical way possible: inspired by her love for all things Harry Potter, he decorated the house and set up a scavenger hunt with clues referencing each of the seven books. Diana was expecting a big birthday present but was surprised to find a ring inside one of the books instead! Not surprisingly, their big day was just as fun and whimsical as their engagement. Using a palette of bordeaux, navy blue, gold and brown (Gryffindor colours for those of you not as familiar with the magical books), the couple’s wedding at The Club at Bond Head<\/a> features a hint of Hogwarts mixed with tons of love. The couple exchanged vows in front of their family, friends, and a gorgeous gazebo in a stunning outdoor ceremony.<\/p>

Magical Harry Potter details, like a richly hued palette with pops of gold, alongside lush florals from Quill & Oak<\/a>\u00a0made the newlyweds’ reception a truly unique yet undoubtedly elegant affair. The couple’s seating map took a page from JK Rowling and was created to look like their very own Marauder’s Map, while golden keys led their guests to their seats. A delicious dessert table<\/a> capped the night off on a sweet note.<\/p>
