It’s not often a catering company opens the doors of their kitchen and invites you in so when Encore Catering<\/a>\u00a0does just that, you say yes! The invitation promised an evening of culinary delight and wow, did they deliver.<\/p>

Encore went above and beyond by reconstructing their kitchen into an elegant “Tasting Room” and partnering with BarChef Toronto<\/a>\u00a0to offer guests a drink experience like no other. The true stars of the evening though were the gastronomic creations prepared by the Encore team. The Chef’s poured their heart and soul into their creations and the results were nothing short of amazing.<\/p>
