Nicolette and Joseph met while working together and quickly realized they actually went to the same school campus. For practical purposes, they started carpooling to school together, not knowing that this carpooling would be the start of their love story. For their whimsical wedding at The Guild Inn Estate<\/a>, they chose a theme that was classy and refined, yet still light and fun. White, navy and gold made for an elegant colour palette, while tropical greenery and fun details planned by Classy Affairs<\/a> added a whimsical feeling.<\/p>

From the couple<\/strong>: We spent a lot of time carefully planning our vision – and it was kind of hard to let go of \u201cwhat will everyone think?\u201d and focus on what we think! We had the most memorable day of all time! Everything turned out perfect – exactly how we had imagined it. It was slightly disheartening to wake up to the grey skies and rain…but as soon as we got to our venue the clouds parted and out came the sunshine! We could not have asked for a better day surrounded by such love and such sincerity. We were both worried about being too nervous to actually enjoy the day, or not being able to take it all in, but I think we both really remember the whole day distinctly and relished in every moment! It was the best start to the rest of our lives.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

Nicolette and Joseph had a romantic photo session in the venue’s surrounding lush gardens, \u00a0featuring an antique stage encased with Corinthian columns. The bride and her bridesmaids held large bouquets of beautiful white flowers<\/a> paired with tropical leaves.<\/p>

Guests entered a large space framed with wood and glass for the ceremony. The aisle was lined with palm leaves leading to a matching vibrant wedding arch where Nicolette and Joseph exchanged vows.<\/p>

In the reception area, large hanging balloons from Balloon Trix<\/a> and exotic flowers provided by Wildwood Floristry<\/a> created a lively atmosphere, and Good Vibrations<\/a> played fun beats to add to the mood. The tables were decorated with large, fabulous palm leaves, simple gold numbers, and small animal-shaped vases with tiny cacti inside. Creative Cake Boutique<\/em> made a sweet 2-tiered cake<\/a> that was decorated just like the bride’s bouquet. After a beautiful ceremony filled with smiles and laughter, Nicolette and Joseph had a spectacular party surrounded by family and friends.<\/p>
