Good music...nicely managed...good customer services...Only thing is the food they serve on board is awful...cold and taste very bad...stale...I guess it's a caterer...probably they should think about changing the caterer
Great tyme good mix of music $9 for drinks as well as shotz prices vary on what ur buying of course.
Came with a group a friends to see the city. We arrived at 1pm for their supposedly boarding time. Ive waited in line along the fence for almost an hour for the boat to show up. As we walked up the stairs to get to the top level, 2 crew members ran down and made it obvious that something was wrong... all three levels were packed but then slowly people got off. I gave it some time but by 3:30 we decided to ask the captain for an update. Im giving it a one star for their good music but they sure do lack on customer service skills. I believe the captain should have informed us from the beginning. Im sure they are getting people to give them 5 stars to boost their ratings. The last three reviews sound similar. Must be someone they know.... so disappointing
Sailing with the Empress of Canada has always been a good one. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! In more recent events there was a technical issue that caused a cancellation of the cruise but it was something out of their hands, there's always a first for everything. The situation was handled professionally and efficiently. Things happen but it wont discourage me or my family from coming again. Would definitely recommend.
We went for the Vegan Boat Cruise organized here and it was great. The boat has three decks, so theoretically there is plenty of room to move around but I guess for the vegan fest, they overfilled (at least it looked like) the boat and it was quite cramped. The top deck is from where you get all the views. The cruise was of about 4 hours and it moved around from the dock to the Toronto Islands (mostly Center Island) and then, for about 1.5 hours, just circled in the Inner Harbour. It views are absolutely amazing once it's dark and the downtown lights come out.The event itself was great. It was an all-vegan fest and plenty of vendors showcasing their business - food as well as non-food. Many amazing food items and we had a great time. The DJ on the top deck was great and we had a great party too. Absolutely recommended.

The Empress of Canada is by far the BEST Toronto harbor cruise venue. Jacqueline Casciola is a dream to work with and truly cares about the guest experience. Whether you are planning a corporate event or looking for a unique venue for your dream day, you can trust that you are working with the best. We highly recommend The Empress of Canada, our favorite Toronto Harbour and Island Lagoons cruise boat. 5 Stars ++++!

This was the first time I planned a company cruise on the Toronto harbour with Empress of Canada. A veteran of planning company events and cruises over 12 years, this was by far the BEST I have ever had the pleasure of planning and personally enjoying! Right from the booking process, to the welcome from the Captain on board and the extraordinary staff, the excellent food and great time had by all, our party of 120 had an unforgettable time. The staff are still talking about it weeks later!
If you want to plan a summer time company retreat or outing, Empress of Canada is sure to give you a magical experience. We WILL be back next year!! Thank you Empress of Canada!
