en Ville was the only catering company of the numerous companies we contacted that simultaneously respected our budget and was willing to take on our logistically challenging venue- the Algonquin Island Association Clubhouse. Our account manager was Melissa. Melissa took on the challenge of getting equipment and rentals across the lake to Toronto Island without hesitation. Everything was delivered on time and set up was seamless. Melissa was always accessible and her oversight meant that we did not have to worry about this hugely important component of our wedding on the day itself. We met the company's founder Geoffrey for the first time at our tasting, which was a great pleasure and assured us of the depth of talent and experience that the company consistently brings to the table (and the kitchen!). The explanation behind the company name was fascinating!The catering staff executed the event perfectly. Just like other couples, our wedding day was hectic. Our on-site head waiter's name was Clint and when he and the other catering staff arrived in the early afternoon ahead of schedule, we knew that we we were in good hands. With Clint's impeccable arrangements of glassware, favours, serviettes (and re-organization of the buffet line we had set up in advance), the room looked so elegant- something we heard repeatedly from guests that evening. The initiative that Clint and his staff took surpassed our expectations and we consistently heard positive comments from our guests about the food. Overall, we feel very fortunate to have selected en Ville from the many options available. We would recommend them to anyone!
