Welcome To The Gardiner Museum Out In Toronto, Ontario Canada! The Gardiner Museum is one that I Never visited when I was growing up in Toronto, however, I heard about it, but just Never got around to checking it out. This museum represents Fantastic Ceramic Artistry and has three (3) main floors to browse around. The Lower Floor has their Ann Mortimer Clay Studio, Helen McMinn Clay Studio, Margaret and Wallace McCain Family Foundation Clay Studio and Gail Brooker Ceramic Research Library and Archives. The Fun actually starts from the Ground Floor where they have their Modern and Contemporary Ceramics, Ancient Americas, Italian Renaissance Maiolica and English Delftware. The Second Floor contains their European Porcelain Galleries, Japanese Porcelain and Its' Influence and Chinese Porcelain. The Third Floor contains their George R. Gardiner Special Exhibition Gallery and when I was there they had the "Steven Heinemann" exhibit showing his Fantastic Collection.I want to personally Thank the Staff Members for putting on a Very Nice Ceramic Presentation And Display throughout the Gardiner Museum that I finally visited back on Saturday, January 13, 2018.Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreVisitorExecutive, Volunteer Writer For Google And Tripadvisor Websites/HPS

Best 15$ spent on a museum. The tremendous amount of porcelain and ceramic collections, and all the knowledge shared makes this visit appealling for both ignorants and experts on pottery.

Nice small museum located not far from the ROM. Went on a friday after 4pm and admission is 50% off 4-9 pm on fridays which is a bonus. Although small it takes time as lots of beautiful things to look at and read about. Was not crowed and was able to take our time at a relaxed pace.

I recently had the priviledge of working with the event department at the Gardiner Museum for a function they were hosting. I was honored to have our unique lounge furniture from my rental collection part of their event. Delightful to work with and super organized; appreciated all the care they took!
