We had an event planned however due to an emergency we were no longer able to continue with the event. We had cancelled within 60 days of signing the agreement however we were still responsible for paying 50% of the contract value. I wish this small detail was pointed out to me prior to me signing the agreement. Its a very small detail that could easily be missed. For example if the total value of your contract is 10k, and you cancel after 30 days you are responsible to pay 5k in cancellation fees. For me the total value of the contract is way to high a price to pay. Please look over your contract when dealing with the Forth.
My husband and I held our wedding here in September 2017 and it was absolutely wonderful. The experience in planning was very smooth with Ana and John attending to every detail and both were there the day of the wedding and made sure everything was running smoothly. The evening manager Wellington was outstanding – he was so attentive, bringing us drinks, ensuring everything was exactly perfect, and even helping us gather things at the end of the night. The guests could not stop commenting on how unique and beautiful the venue was and the food was truly the best wedding food they’ve ever had. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a venue – the venue, food, service, and experience really exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy we decided to book here after looking at many banquet halls, you will be blown away at how everything comes together.

I stumbled upon The Forth looking for a restaurant to have my small low key wedding. I found out that they had turned into a private dining establishment. When I checked out the venue, it was set up for a wedding. I fell in love instantly. It's modern, beautiful and a perfect urban setting for my wedding which was approx 105 people. I knew I didn't want a banquet hall with standard decor that you have to spend money and time covering up to dress it up to your liking. This place had style and class and didn't need a thing to touch it up. From the planning to the big day, I could not be more pleased with Ana, the coordinator. She was very helpful, attentive and very quick to respond to my many questions. :) The attention to detail was on point and they were so accommodating to anything I asked for. When it came to the big day, I had both my ceremony and reception there which required a lot of coordination with guests, vendors and staff. I never felt that things weren't running smoothly. Wellington managed the event with such care, professionalism and efficiency. My guests raved to me about the prompt service if something wasn't quite right with their meal. With that also said, my hat off to the chef that night. All four courses were on point. I couldn't eat because of nerves but my guests were thoroughly impressed with the presentation and quality. Also, I really want to commend them on the dessert table. I brought in my own desserts to help save on costs and not only did they allow it...they allowed me to drop it all off the night before so I could be hassle free the day of, AND the actual display of desserts they prepared looked like I had purchased the entire thing from a bakery. The homemade bakers were floored by their desserts on display with such class. :) I could keep going on and on about the little details, but I think I got my point across. This venue is not only chic and right in the city, but it has an impeccable team running their events from the coordinator, to management, to servers, to cleaners, to the chef...etc. Customer service is their priority and they impressed me and my guests. I am pretty sure my bridesmaid is booking there. lol. Thanks The Forth for an amazing wedding!! I couldn't have asked for a better venue or team.

THE FORTH once again hosted our annual athletic banquet on June 8, 2017. Thanks to John, Ana, Wellington & the entire staff for an amazing evening. Great venue, food & service sets THE FORTH apart from any other venue. Looking forward to many more events being held at THE FORTH.
