My husband and I held our wedding celebration at Amsterdam Barrel House this past July. We eloped earlier in the year and wanted to still have a celebration with family and friends. Trisha (Event Coordinator) worked closely with us from the beginning until the actual celebration. She was very knowledgeable and able to address all of our concerns/questions. Trisha was very organized and made sure we had all the signage and decor needed for the night and was able to provide us with things we weren't able to bring (extra picture frames, drink lists). She was very flexible with our meetings and stayed on site later if it was needed due to our schedules. On the day of the celebration, Trisha was on site from the afternoon until late that night. The venue was stunning after all of Trisha's and the staff's work. We absolutely loved how it turned out! She was a great coordinator and we loved that she was able to incorporate all the things that were important to us that night. She was also able to adapt when things were not going according to plan. At one point, my husband and I were feeling stressed from the events of the day/night and Trisha got us to spend time together on the patio and got the servers to bring us food. Looking back, we are so glad to have gotten that time to ourselves. This was also around the time of the LCBO strike and everything was coordinated perfectly, the drinks were flowing the entire night! We are so grateful to have held our celebration at Amsterdam Barrel House! Trisha and all the staff were so great, everyone had a good time, especially my husband and I. On August 24, we celebrated our wedding at Amsterdam Brewery in East York, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was the perfect choice. The industrial-chic vibe of the space provided a unique and charming backdrop, making the day feel both intimate and special. We choice to do our ceremony at athe barrelhouse on the upstairs patio. It was a perfect space for the 100 people. Trisha was absolutely amazing from setting up the decor as i requested to making sure the timeline and everything ran smothly. She was awesome from day one. The other staff at the venue were great the day of as well. Our guests were raving about the delicious food and, of course, the brewery’s exceptional craft beer selection! The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and perfect for celebrating. The outdoor tent was a hit during cocktail hour, offering a beautiful space for guests to mingle and enjoy the summer weather and play games. We also had two complex diatery restricted guests who were absolute thrilled how they accomateded giving them the best food they ever had at a wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our special day. If you’re looking for a unique, relaxed, and beautiful wedding location, I highly recommend Amsterdam Brewery. It made our wedding day unforgettable!

I recently hosted an event for 40 people at the Amsterdam Barrel House in Leaside, upstairs lounge & bar, and the event exceeded my expectations. The staff (Heather & Samantha) were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and the food was excellent too! I organized the event via the Events Coordinator (Trisha) who had everything well organized in advance. I would highly recommend this location. Five Stars!
