Velvet Bordeaux Events

We were DESTINED to have Ashley from Velvet Bordeaux! When it came to inquiring about her services, she responded promptly. Her quotes and description of her services on her website and emails were very thorough and straight to the point. During our very first call with Ashley, she brought the enthusiasm. While going over the logistics of the day, she definitely got us excited about planning the wedding with her. We told her that we are Filipino and will be doing Filipino traditions during the ceremony. We were so happy to hear that she has done numerous Filipino wedding ceremonies, and is very familiar with these traditions. Her experience with these types of ceremonies really gave my fiancé and I a sense of relief. When it came to the day of the wedding, Ashley and her team was able to execute all the events in a timely manner, and were meticulous with the fine details (i.e. seating chart, menu cards, table arrangements, handling of personal items, setting up late night food stations, etc). We had our wedding reception at the Guild Inn Estate, and it really helped that Velvet Bordeaux is one of their preferred vendors. The relationship she had with the venue really established the trust my fiancé and I had for both of them. Throughout the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, a lot of our bridal party, family and friends kept coming up to my fiancé and I telling us how great of a wedding planner/coordinator she was. Because of the compliments regarding Ashley and her team, we knew we were in great hands. To Ashley, we want to thank you again for everything you did to make our wedding day a success. Your bubbly personality was a perfect match for us! You and your team are so easy to work with! We are still at awe at how smoothly everything went! The wedding was a week ago, and we still can't get over how much fun everyone had! Cheers to Ashley and Velvet Bordeaux for all their hard work!!
