Thank you Le Jardin for your support, guidance and patience during the planning of Cassandra and Giancarlo's wedding celebration! Your staff went above and beyond to ensure that the evening was a total success from the champagne toast (that you graciously included and the opening of the 3rd bar.) Your staff avoided potential difficulties and determined that these should be included to ensure the night passed without incident. These are the only 2 things that I was aware of and I am sure there were other things that were addressed without our knowledge. Feedback from our guests included the great service, the delicious food and the overall ambience of the hall! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If you plan on booking an event at Chateau Le Jardin, make sure you bring a briefcase full of money because you have to pay before you eat! Have you ever heard of anything more absurd than this. I was a guest at a school Gala on Friday May 2nd and I overheard one of the workers telling one of the organizers of the Gala that they would not start serving dinner until they were paid in full. I could not believe what I heard. I was in shock. I was sitting at a table with the City of Toronto Counsellor and the MPP of Ward 7 and I was so embarrassed that they all heard this. People, please think twice before you book an event at Le Jardin!!! Imagine having your kids wedding there and not being able to eat because you have to pay first. This was pathetic and ridiculous. Find another hall to have your event at because there are many out there that will treat you better than this....Le Jardin is ridiculous, who asks for money before your event even starts. VERY EMBARRASSING!!! Stay away!!!

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception here in October 2018, Micheal from Chateu went above and beyond to ensure that our day was nothing less than a fairy tail! He helped us curate an unique menu, and then accommodated me when I changed it many times during the process! He was available by phone or email 24/7. A month before our wedding we were assigned a coordinator, she was amazing at reviewing the details. My coordinator and wedding planner ensured that all the details on my.. ugh, OUR big day was exactly as we discussed. On the night itself we had a Maître d’ who was by outside all night, solving any problems that arose. The venue itself was breathtaking, not like your typical banquet hall whatso ever! From its castle like exterior to its modern yet regal decor and their newly renovated patio, Chateau le Jardin was the prefect backdrop from my rustic-chic theme! Lastly, the food and drinks left my guest raving! They provided a modern twist to classic meals and everything was cooked to proffection. The bar tenders were making speciality cocktails and shooters for my guest throughout the lastwe evening, making it a fun and lovely night to remember! Any Bride to be has a hundred things running around there head leading up to the big day, the team at Chateu made sure they did not miss a beat. I highly recommend booking your big day here!

I highly endorse Chateau Le Jardin for events. From the very beginning Michael executive chef and sales was willing to work with our organization: the Alliance of Educators for Black Students (AEBS). We are a group of educators who support students of African Caribbean Canadian Heritage in the York Region District School Board. Michael understood our vision and he and Angela B. worked tirelessly to address and to meet all of our concerns. I have never experienced that level of customer service. In the end, the room that were in was exceptional, the food delicious, and the staff warm, friendly, patient and extremely helpful. On the night of the event, Rosemarie introduced herself to me and at every opportunity, took the time to check in and to ensure that our guests needs were met. Furthermore, the 154 guests who attended the function, commented on the breathtaking and ample space of the Victorian Hall and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The fire place in the lobby is an extremely attractive feature and was a gathering place for many of our guests pictures. Finally it was helpful to have the coat check and the dressing room available for guests and performers. Thank you Chateau Le Jardin for making our AEBS 2019 Dinner and Dance fundraiser a memorable event.
