I was very pleased with the service and the quality of this venue. We have a 1 week training. All covid-19 measure were followed and in place to make sure all of the techs and managers were safe. They provided all the tools needed in order for the training to go smoothly. They will accommodate to your needs and also add some free stuff if they can. They provided waters, Hand sanitizers and alcohol wipes. Again very pleased. Would for sure book with them again. Ligia Chete was my main contact and she described everything to me perfectly. Again thank you.

I held a Christmas event here for my org in the Mandarin Ballroom. The Weddings and Special Events Specialist- Heidi was very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions throughout the whole process. The room was beautiful and perfectly set up and ready for us to put up our decorations when we arrived. And the staff were exceptionally responsive and friendly throughout the whole event and set-ups. The food was very good and all of our guests were very happy. The parking was a little tricky and the very classy space and gourmet food did come at a price. But if you are looking for beautiful venue in Toronto that will blow away your guests and make your time of event planning as simple as possible call DoubleTree! :)

A great location. We loved this venue for our small intimate wedding in July/17
The menu was stupendous and the staff was amazing. They were very accomodating to our needs and to our guests as well. They worked very well with our budget and gave more than we expected! We will highly recommend "HEIDI" and this location for any event. We will ONLY think of this Venue for any future events.

Our wedding at the Doubletree was all that we could have imagined! A big thank you needs to go out to Rachelle, Derek, and the other hotel staff who demonstrated exceptional professionalism the day of the wedding. All our guests were quite impressed with the service. We were given first class attention and Rachelle and Derek made many accommodations to suit our needs during the planning phase.
