We hired Zerlene as a full wedding planner for our wedding in November 2023. It is safe to say she exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Her meticulous attention to detail, amazing vendor relationships, and customized recommendations went above and beyond. From the initial consultation to the last dance, we always felt like we were in great hands. The two things we liked most about working with Zerlene was her amazing Vendor recommendations (Photography, cake, invitations, etc.) and how easy it was to work with her. Where do I begin? Zerlene from the start was fantastic. She is so organized and made me feel completely at ease with everything. Our zoom calls were so thorough, and I felt after each meeting, less stress about our wedding day. I couldn't imagine our day without her and her expertise. Zerlene made sure we were eating throughout cocktail hour (which was very helpful!), fixed any issue that came up, and had our reception area looking absolutely beautiful. Anyone wanting a day of coordinator, you have found the best one!! I can't thank her enough, and highly recommend her to anyone!

Zerlene is a fantastic wedding planner. She is extremally responsive, and very flexible, making herself available to hop on a call, or answer texts whenever needed. She helped us find our vendors, developed our itinerary, created the budget, and consulted us every step of the way.

On the wedding day, she came to the rescue several times. When we were missing our flower girl bouquets, she created them with extra flowers from the centerpiece; When one of the bridesmaids felt sick after the limo ride to the ceremony, she had Gravol with her in an emergency kit; And during the reception, she coordinated with the MC and DJ to keep us on schedule.

Zerlene makes a very difficult job look easy. Hiring her was the best decision we made!!

11/10 – look no further. Seriously. We have referred our friends to Zerlene after such an incredible experience with our wedding. Fittingly, she was highly recommended to us by a friend which is how we found out about Impresario Events.

We first began working with Zerlene in 2020 before the pandemic hit. She worked with us over the next 2.5 years during very uncertain times which ultimately resulted a wedding that far and away exceeded our expectations. We are still over the moon!

1. Diligent - always checked in with us to make sure we were on track with both time and budget. She was more on top of our wedding than we were – and we are very type A!
2. Timely – very responsive and met with us when we needed a virtual check in!
3. Organized – provided excel sheets, running budgets, and to do lists that were very helpful.
4. Knowledgeable – provided us a list of recommended vendors she has worked with, who all ended up being incredible! (DJ, florist, cake)
5. Well connected – knows vendors well, and vendors know her well due her excellent reputation! She even has some insider discounts as well!
6. Goes above and beyond – brought us appetizers during a long day of photos, ensured our vinyl floor was clean when it really wasn’t necessary!
7. Friendly, personable and overall amazing!

We could not have imagined planning our wedding without Zerlene. As two busy professionals and parents she took so much work and stress off our plates.
