I am so glad my partner and I hired Impresario Events to take on Day of Wedding Coordination.
Leading up to the wedding, Impresario asked excellent, detailed questions so that they fully understood the event. I loved that they got in touch with all of my vendors the week before the wedding and had thoughtful conversations with each one to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Zoya was our lead coordinator on the day of our wedding. Right from the ceremony rehearsal, Zoya's calm and decisive demeanour made me feel confident going into the day ahead. On the day of the wedding, I didn't think twice about the decor, meal, or timeline - I could see Zoya rocking and moving behind the scenes, always two steps ahead of the guests. Sure enough, everything went off without a hitch. Thank you, Zoya and Zerlene!

Working with Zerlene was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We cannot recommend her enough.

Her professionalism, personality, transparency, responsiveness, and overall approach to planning are truly unmatched. Wedding planning was incredibly overwhelming for us, especially since we knew almost nothing going into it, and decision fatigue was very real. Zerlene’s insight, honesty, transparency, knowledge, experience, and decisiveness were exactly what we needed. She has this directness in a playful way that we appreciated that honestly kept us well informed and sane throughout the process.

What we appreciated most was that she never dismissed our vision or ideas, even when they may have sounded unrealistic and/or all over the place. Somehow, she always worked her magic and found a way to make things happen while still guiding us realistically and professionally.

She treats you like an actual human, not just another client. She was so understanding of different cultures, emotions, language barriers, time zones, family dynamics… all the moving parts that come with planning a wedding. Her rapport and communication made us feel so supported every step of the way, and she was always incredibly responsive whenever we needed her.

She’s also amazing at working with any vendors you throw into the mix. No matter the personalities, styles, or moving parts involved, she collaborates seamlessly and makes everything feel cohesive and under control.

On the wedding day itself, we barely had to worry about anything because Zerlene already had everything handled, often even the things we as a couple completely overlooked. She was always several steps ahead.

She is truly wonderful to work with, goes above and beyond in every aspect, and delivers so much value for what she charges. Don’t sleep on her!! She is incredible!!! Just go with her already, we are speaking from experience here!!

We got married March 28 at Windsor Arms Hotel. Zerlene had been amazing to work with during all of the prep until the big day, being very organized and responsive. On the day there was seamless coordination with all of our vendors and our ceremony was absolutely perfect.

We are so glad that we worked with Zerlene and her team as our day of coordinators! We met with Zerlene a few times before our wedding and she connected with all of our vendors ahead of time. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly (even with last minute changes) due to Zerlene and her team. We didnt have to worry about a thing and our spaces were set up up beautifully and cleared up at the end of the night which was a huge load off of our minds. Zerlene went the extra mile by being so kind to our guests and us making sure we ate throughout the day and checking in on us! Thank you for giving us such a great & stress free day we will never forget!

My husband and I just got married over the weekend, and we cannot thank Zerlene enough for her help. We booked her “day-of-coordination” service since we did most of the planning prior and she absolutely delivered. She is incredibly knowledgeable, provided a lot of guidance, responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely manner, and made sure everything was on schedule (and in place) on our special day - no detail was overlooked. Not only is she super efficient at her job, she executed my vision perfectly. My husband and I were able to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything.

Zerlene was FANTASTIC - I cannot emphasize enough how professional and on top of things she was. She is a very smart - problem solving and graceful individual. She is very good at her job and moreover a person of integrity. She can handle the job, and some curve balls were thrown out way last minute.
