ABOUT THE CATHEDRAL: Built in 1882 and fully restored in 2017, this stunning and unique venue is already booking for 2019 and beyond. Milllbrook Cathedral features a grand indoor reception and ceremony space, a lush treed outdoor ceremony space with a stream, a cocktail lounge, bride’s and groom's dressing room and ample photo opportunities on site. Located in the quaint village of Millbrook, Ontario we are less then a 1 hour drive from Toronto between Oshawa and Peterborough.

We had the most enjoyable special day thanks to Millbrook Cathedral & Liz. She ensured everything ran smoothly and we are extremely pleased. They we very accommodating & helpful. We had nothing but very good feedback from our guests. It was a lovely day.

We hosted our wedding with Millbrook in August 2024. Overall, a very positive experience and a beautiful space. We didn't take advantage of the concierge service but the recommendations they provided were all extremely good. Liz was very helpful in planning and coordinating the day-of. Sam and Chantel were wonderful with our guests and really kept the party going, they were absolutely fantastic. Every part of working with Millbrook was positive and stress-free; We opted for renting the space for the full day and fully planning it ourselves, so I imagine the pop-up/package weddings they offer must be a dream. The setup and room flip were pretty seamless and beautifully done. The pricing is incredibly fair for the amazing level of service from the Millbrook team.

Millbrook Cathedral was recommended to me from my mother - and I'm so grateful we went with them to plan our perfect day. Liz and her team take the majority of stress off of the entire planning process. They are efficient, professional and oh so kind. We fell in love with the Millbrook Cathedral for the high ceilings and stained glass windows. From the pictures alone we knew we wanted to get married here. Working with the venue only solidified that feeling. The venue was so accommodating throughout the entire process. From date changes to package modifications, we were able to customize our small pop-up wedding to fit our needs. We would absolutely recommend this gorgeous historic space to anyone looking for a flexible venue to tie the knot!

The Millbrook Cathedral hosted our evening wedding recently and we are so beyond thrilled with how the event went. The lounge space was the perfect spot to host our intimate wedding of 30 guests as an evening ceremony with a cocktail style reception. They did everything they could to create an evening that was exactly how we had envisioned for ourselves. The work behind the scenes was so appreciated. The communication with this team was exceptional. Always professional and ready to answer questions any time. Liz kept us on track with small queues all throughout the evening which meant we didn't need to worry about anything, we just enjoyed our time with our family and friends. This event venue truly is one of a kind and we are so grateful to have been able to host our wedding here.

The owners and the whole team are terrific to deal with! It is a stunning historical building that has been lovingly renovated with modern touches! The entire property provides a spectacular setting for a ceremony, reception and photography without ever having to leave the comfort and serenity of the property. Millbrook is one of the finest venues north east of the city!
