    EventSource Corporation (“EventSource”) collects information from our website visitors to help us to serve our clients and visitors better.     We necessarily collect information when you submit information to any of the vendors listed on the Website. We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.

    • The EventSource Review system represents a central repository for ratings and reviews of wedding vendors by their customers. When you submit a review or a counter-review on the Website, your review will be made public on the Website. If you provide a review for a vendor that is not yet part of our directory, or if you add a new vendor to your planning tools, we will use the information that you provide about the vendor to notify the vendor that a review has been completed and that we will be adding the vendor to our directory.

    • Your name and photos will be made available as part of the review posting.

    We may from time to time offer you opportunities that are sponsored or co-branded with third parties. Such content may include contests, sweepstakes or promotions. In connection with such opportunities, the relevant third parties may obtain Personal Information that you voluntarily submit to participate in such opportunity. We have no control over these third parties' use of such information.

    In the unlikely event of a sale of some or all of our business, EventSource may disclose your Personal Information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

    You should also be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if required to do so by law, governmental request, process or court order or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request or court order or to protect the users of the Website or the public.

  • How we work with third party service providers

    EventSource works with reputable third parties who perform services on our behalf. Sometimes these service providers need information about the Website users and our clients in order to do their jobs. When EventSource allows these service providers access to your information, we require them to maintain your information in the strictest confidence, and in compliance with applicable law, and we do not permit them to use it in any way other than to help us provide you with better service.

    We currently use the services of a few carefully selected companies to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. These companies help us to measure the effectiveness of what we are doing and better understand how visitors use our site.

    EventSource reserves the right to co-operate with local, provincial, national and international authorities in investigations of improper or unlawful activities. Such cooperation may require the disclosure of Personal Information.
