DELICIOUS!!! EXCELLENT service. Applause made our son's Bar Mitzvah such a success. All our guests loved the food. It was all delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff was helpful and efficient. Rebecca was fantastic in helping us plan and prepare for the Bar Mitzvah lunch, and Jane made sure it all went smoothly and flawlessly on the actual day. We didn't have to worry about anything. All dietary restrictions were accommodated for. Really, we had a perfect experience. We highly recommend Applause for any of your catering needs.

We just had our son`s bar mitzvah at Beth Tzedec catered by Applause. Murielle was an absolute pleasure to work with and both her and David provided tons of guidance and expertise well beyond the food! The meal was spectacular! We had options to suit all of our guests and everyone complimented how delicious everything tasted. The braised short rib was so tender, you didn`t need a knife! Jane and the wait staff were wonderful. Thanks to all for an amazing memorable event!

This year we held our Volunteer Appreciation Dinner at Beth Tikvah and used Applause for our catering needs. The event was organized and executed perfectly, The room set-up was lovely, dinner was very tasty, plenty and nicely displayed. The attendees had several very positive comments on the quality of the food. The service was also excellent and flawless, thanks to the Wait Staff who worked at the event. We are very pleased we selected Applause Catering to host our Appreciation Dinner.

I called Murielle a week before a launch I was planning in a panic. She handled all my needs from plates, desserts to wait staff. The dessert choices were plentiful and delicious and the wait staff was excellent. They set up, served and left the room clean and tidied. I would certainly recommend Applause to anyone who is looking for a caterer and look forward to working with them again. Thank you!
