Cabral catering was absolutely fantastic. We recently had them cater our November 2023 wedding, and their team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the catering was flawless, and we are truly grateful. Every dish was delicious and portion sizes were large and filling. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, and made us feel confident and reassured every step of the way, and we cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. Their team was friendly polite and the service was excellent - would highly recommend!

Randy and his team are amazing! Randy took the time to meet us on numerous occasions and listened to our ideal menu then accommodated perfectly. We had some ideas for h'ors D'ourves that he was able to make happen. What struck us most besides the quality of the food was the professionalism of the team. Randy was up front on everything including on what he wasn't able to deliver. He didn't sugar coat or over-sell us, he really made it an easy process. We recommend Cabral to anyone looking for traditional wedding food without the traditionally mediocre taste. We've heard from many guests how impressed they were with our menu, the speed and professionalism of the serving team and the overall flow of dinner. We can't thank the Cabral team enough!
