Nestled on 50 acres in the heart of the picturesque Caledon hills since the early 1800's, Cambium Farms has retained all of its original charm. Featuring an awe inspiring, authentic, century old barn, a fully restored Farm and Carriage House, Cambium Farms is perfect for any event, large or small.

The Barn

Built over a century ago, The Barn is a true architectural masterpiece. With a capacity of 230 people and outfitted with a country style bar, lounge area and DJ booth, The Barn will create a rustic-chic atmosphere that you and your guests will talk about for years to come.

The Byre

The Byre is a 5500 sq/ft intimate, elegant event space comprised of a white washed field stone foundation, exposed timber columns and beams in the lower level of our barn. Available for June 2019, with a capacity of 150 guests, The Byre will allow us to operate year round and give couples the opportunity to enjoy a completely different experience at the farm. This dynamic space can host ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing.

The Terrace at The Barn

The Terrace at The Barn will add another 1000 sq/ft of outdoor event space to The Barn’s 4500 sq/ft space. The Terrace will be south facing, overlooking the pastures and fields of corn and wheat. This space will be used for intimate ceremonies, cocktail hour and a licensed outdoor space for the evening, where guests can gaze at the moon and stars while enjoying a cocktail.

The Carriage House

Built along side The Barn, The Carriage House was originally built to house horse-drawn carriages. With its beautifully landscaped surroundings and the addition of a bar and lighting, The Carriage House is now perfect for a post-ceremony cocktail hour, small wedding reception or dinner.

The Farmhouse

Built by William D Leflar and his wife Margaret in the early 1800's, the house has been home to generations of the Leflar and McKinney family. Since its purchase in 2006, minor renovations have been performed to update the farmhouse all while staying true to its heritage. Today, brides, bridesmaids and family are invited to use the main floor of The Farmhouse to prepare for their wedding ceremony on the property.

Cambium is an absolutely stunning venue! They provided the perfect backdrop for our dream wedding. The staff was incredibly attentive and ensured every detail was executed flawlessly. Kaitlynn, our coordinator, was truly exceptional! Her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm demeanour made the wedding planning process a breeze. She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our special day was perfect. Kaitlynn's expertise and dedication made our wedding day unforgettable. Meagan also assisted with our rehearsal dinner and other events and was equally fantastic to work with - she effortlessly adjusted for a forgotten allergy (our mistake, not hers) and made sure everyone was taken care of. Our guests loved the ambiance and beauty of the venue. Pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend Cambium Farms and their team for anyone looking for a magical and unforgettable wedding experience!

We got married here on Friday, October 13, 2023 - and had Colin and Meagan as our points of contact. From day one, the easy-going nature and friendly communications of the Cambium team members put us at ease. My husband and I would say we are quite down to earth, and we didn't worry for a moment about the capacity of the staff to do a wonderful job. The day was magical, and it went off without an issue. We didn't have to lift a finger and all the personal (whether it be Colin, the Cabrel Team, the bartending and DJ) made us feel special.

We wouldn't hesitate to return here for any event or recommend it to a future couple!

Cambium Farms has been my dream venue from day 1 and after finally getting married there on July 22nd, I can without a doubt say it exceeded all of our expectations. Kaitlynn was our coordinator and she was wonderful! Throughout the year of planning she was always there to answer all of my questions promptly and with great detail. On the day of our wedding, she made the entire day flow seamlessly, she was extremely organized and handled everything with ease. Kaitlynn and her team helped bring our wedding vision to life, it was everything we pictured and more. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and is like no other barn venue. From the ceremony on the lawn, to cocktail hour in the carriage house, and the reception in the barn, each space was unique and beautiful. We have received endless compliments from our guests on how beautiful of a venue it was. For our catering we chose Oliver and Bonacini and are so happy we did! The food and service was incredible. I will recommend Cambium Farms over and over again. Thank you again to Kaitlynn and her entire team for helping us bring our dream wedding to life!

Simply OUTSTANDING!! We had our daughter’s rehearsal dinner in the Byre and the wedding, the next day, in the Barn. This venue is breathtaking!! It doesnt matter where you are on the property - everywhere is a photo opportunity. It was a very relaxing day getting ready in the farmhouse, having the Ceremony behind the Carriage House, cocktails in the Carriage House yard and the Reception in the Barn. Not having to travel anywhere for anything. All in one place - which gave us so much more time to relax and take everything all in as the day unfolded. The staff was not only very pleasurable but also very accommodating in helping with all the preparations leading up to our special day and went over and above at both the rehearsal dinner and wedding day celebrations. Cambium Farms was simply OUTSTANDING! You will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at Cambium Farms. What a magical memory!!

5 STARS!!! My husband and I got married in August 2019 and it was a magical day all because of the amazing crew from Cambium Farms. The grounds of Cambium Farms is extremely beautiful and natural. I swear there wasn't a garden our of place and there is so many beautiful spot for pictures. The team at Cambium Farms is very flexible and easy to communicate with when I had questions. Thank you so much to Kaitlynn for all her help. The day of the wedding she always checked on us to make sure we were okay and not feeling overwhelmed which was so greatly appreciated. Our day went so smoothly and having the Cambium Farms team to help us through it all made our day so enjoyable. I never felt stressed as the bride which is exactly what I wanted. The schedule during the day was always on time and organized. We got married at the exact time we planned! Also, the Cabrel Catering company we used for food was phenomenal and so kind. I was always told how stressful it would be to plan a wedding but at Cambium, it was anything but! We planned our wedding somewhat last minute but from the first point of contact in March until our wedding day on August 4, 2019, Kaitlynn helped us with the seamless planning and execution. She answered all our questions quickly and effectively in the planning phase and was the perfect calming presence on the day of the wedding. We looked at other venues but there is absolutely no match when it comes to the natural beauty and "decor" of Cambium. It has everything you want for that country charm look but all the comforts you need for guests, especially elderly or guests with disabilities. Thank you for making our day so special!
