Exceptional service and delicious gourmet food! We held an Awards dinner at The Globe and Mail Centre with Daniel et Daniel as the caterer. We had 150 people attend and had to add a couple of last minute place settings and Daniel et Daniel did so without any disruptions. The cocktail hour was great with apps constantly flowing for the full hour. The dinner service was flawless with exceptional food!
We will definitely use Daniel et Daniel for future events! Working with them was truly refreshing and very pleasant!

I wish we could have sampled Daniel and Daniel’s supposed baked goods and service. But they were absolutely without doubt the worst caterer in my experience. Their inept newbie staff person took months to make an appointment with us. She got information wrong. I asked her supervisor to help her and though we finally got a call, she still did nothing. I was beyond upset as this was an engagement party for my daughter. We never got a price, a commitment to a date. In desperation, and because she’d wasted so much time and no other caterers were available, I asked to speak to an owner. I was assured he’d watch over her work. We got one call, no prices, no date. Three weeks before the event, after we had found Sonny Langer wasn’t busy on a Saturday, she called to ‘ discuss’ our event.
Why did we ever use them in the first place? Because 10 years earlier, someone I knew had used them.

Clearly they couldn’t handle the work they got. I understand that. But their lack of customer support was and is appalling. They were busy making excuses for a terrible employee and leading their customer on and on. I will be posting this review everywhere as a warning.

I have used Daniel et Daniel for our last 3 graduation dinners and research days at St. James Cathedral Centre. I have one word to describe my experience "Superb". They go above and beyond to make sure your day is smooth as it can be. The event staff are friendly, courteous and hard working. The event planners that I have worked with Pierre x2 and Diane are a credit to the company. The food selection is great and they will make sure that everything falls within your budget constraints. They are hands down the best catering company I have worked with and would highly recommend them.
