I was so pleased with the service that I received from Empire Events Staffing. They showed up early and were extremely helpful. There service was amazing and its was a great additions to my daughter's event. Most importantly, I didn't feel stressed at all because of the phenomenal staff as done a great taking care of the event.

Very grateful to have them. I will definitely recommend them!

I’ve had the pleasure of using empire events staffing for our sons pre-wedding parties, and a few other events following that. I have to say best group of professional party servers and bartender I’ve used to date, they’re always on time and stay till you are done and no longer need them. Always clean up after themselves and leave nothing for you to do except to enjoy your party, they take care of everything and are very BUT very good with details and instructions! I’m 💯 satisfied and will recommend without hesitation!!! Zee has been my contact in the past and Will continue using there services in future.

I have been using Empire for years and they are a great Agency for my staffing needs. Zee who is my contact is excellent! Professional and pleasant to deal with. She is very reliable and sends me the help when needed especially last minute request. I definitely would recommend her and Empire Agency.

We were very impressed with the server, Pat and bartender G who came to our place. They were very helpful and efficient and super friendly to our guests. We were very impressed and will use them again

Zee was beyond excellent in helping us plan and execute our wedding and reception. I would highly recommend her for her expertise, strong relationships with other vendors and kind nature. Always eager to help and find opportunities to save us from spending money unnecessarily (rare in a wedding vendor!).

In the end we were so glad we chose Zee and her staff as the customer service was exceptional.

Would highly recommend her services!!!

I met Zee Frazer outside an event rental place in June 2021, she told me that they specialize in staffing for events, and the price per person. Told her I'm planning a baby shower for my daughter and will call her with details... Over next couple of weeks tried several time to call (no chance of leaving a voicemail as the box is full) Finally spoke to her on 30th July gave her details of the event and roughly 60 guests, I was thinking 2 serving staff, she told me I would need 3, I agreed, she told me to text her all the details which I did the same day, she told me she would forward a contact for rental of tables and chairs (which she never did, but it wasn't an issue I sorted that out myself) I had no confirmation after several text messages asking her to call me (5 days later) she sent me a text saying they are extremely busy AS THEY HAVE A LOT OF WEDDINGS , anyway we confirmed the times of the event. I asked her how she would like payment, she said etranfer... yet no details of email. I asked her if she wants it on the day of the event.... no reply Now the event was for Saturday August 28... No response of phone calls I texted again on August 27th asking about email for etranfer and no response again.... Late on Friday night August 27th the night before..... she finally answers a call, saying she has been busy with weddings.. (so if you don't have a wedding and only a small event this company doesn't care !!) Then she said that we had no booking as I had not given a deposit, yet she never sent details for payment. I wanted this to be a good baby shower for my daughter who was very upset at this point. Then at 5.52am the next morning I get a text from Zee saying she is looking for someone ( my party was starting at 11.30am) and she would let me know. Today it's a month later September 28th 2021, I haven't heard from her nor has she apologized for ruining our plans. Needless to say we had to do all the serving ourselves, and I missed out on all the activities for the shower and couldn't be by my daughter's side. Empire Events Staffing only picks and chooses who they serve.... If she had just told me in July when I booked her that she wasn't interested I would have made better arrangements... NOT GHOST ME TILL THE NIGHT BEFORE when I had no chance of making other arrangements....NOT NICE.... NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL !!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY If you have taken the time to read this review...then please think again about hiring these people.

Dear Zee, I just wanted to thank you for sending me such wonderful staff to my home on Saturday. Jordan & Amanda were amazing. Very professional, experienced, hardworking & tidy.
