THIS VALET COMPANY DAMAGED MY CAR ! AND SAID MY CAR WAS ALREADY DAMAGED. WHY WOULD I SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN HOLTS RENFREW (On Bloor) AND MY CAR IS DAMAGED?! THEY BROKE MY CAR WINDOW BUTTON AND I CANNOT WIND MY DRIVER WINDOW DOWN. I CAME WITH MY WINDOW DOWN AND THEY RETURNED IT UP WITH THE BUTTON MISSING. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND BLAMED ME AND TOLD ME I WAS LYING. I AM A YOUNG MINORITY AND ITS CRAZY HOW ONLY MY LUXURY CAR IS DAMAGED. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN I DO NOT FEEL SAFE.
