When people ask me whether having a wedding planner is worth it, I always say yes and tell them all about Phoebe. Phoebe is one of the sweetest, most creative people we know, and the wedding she created for us is perfect! Phoebe made the wedding of our dreams come true, and even going beyond our wildest dreams! We really relied on her for the design and theme, and got so many compliments from our guests that everything looks beautiful and intimate, even though we had a small crowd in a grand space. Phoebe had so many creative ideas that made our wedding truly special, like airy balloon walls, dessert performance, and guest portraits. And most importantly, we got to meet so many other amazing vendors through her! From a practical standpoint, having Phoebe allowed us to live our lives without getting caught up in all the craziness that is wedding planning. I was able to pursue an exciting new job opportunity 2 months before the wedding, and go for an out-of-town meeting the week of the wedding. On the actual day, I was able to stop and smell the roses (literally, my florist Alex @ Foreverwildfield made an amazing bouquet!). I don’t think I would have the luxury of any of this without Phoebe’s help!

Even though we had been planning the day for the longest time, we had to contact Phoebe last minute . Inspite of all the rush, she brought our vision to a beautiful reality. Would high recommend hiring Phoebe Lo for your event. Highly professional, organized and supportive, she's the exact kind of person you'd want by your side on your wedding day. Plus, she is such a lovely person who is a pleasure to spend time with. She made things so easy on us. Although we only hired her as a day-of planner, she made herself incredibly available to meet in advance. She helped introduce us to some key vendors and was the perfect vendor quarterback leading up to our special day. Day-of, she kept the schedule on-track and made the entire experience so delightful for us. Our wedding was as close to perfect as it could have been and we have Phoebe to thank for a lot of that!

Phoebe was the design and day of coordinator for my wedding that took place on July 14th 2018. From the day I met Phoebe to the day of our event, she made everything run so smoothly. Phoebe thought of every last detail and helped us execute everything that needed to be done. She made an excellent itinerary for us that was so detailed but easy to read. She was on top of the emails, coordinating with every vendor we had. She was so helpful with the design of our wedding space, but that it had some of my touch as well. She was a delight to work with and my friends and family loved her! She even would come to our condo for meetings which was so helpful and accommodating when you don't have a car. Overall Phoebe was outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone.
