What a stressful experience. I would not recommend anyone to hire her. Once I paid my 1st deposit I could not get in touch with her for MONTHS. I felt like I was being ghosted and lost confidence in her service-especially when she kept asking ME what was in our contract. Extremely disorganized and difficult to get a straight answer out of. On the day of my wedding 2 boutonnieres broke within 15min of the men wearing them, and 2 of my bridesmaid bouquets fell apart while we were taking pictures with the photographer. The centerpieces flowers were limp and had starting to turn yellow (I had white hydrangea). My bouquet did not look anything like I asked for. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK with this vendor. Added so much stress to my life. I am so relieved I never have to talk to her again.

We were so fortunate to come in to contact with Lisa From Pure Hue. Our journey into conversation and our visions we spoke about came to a vision of reality! She was able to turn our visions into the dream wedding we wanted and use the perfect colour tone palette we wanted to enhance for our big day! Pure Hue Design – Always “On Point”! – Amazing Service, Exceptional Work Lisa, we can’t thank you enough for all the hard work you, Brian and your team put forth for our Wedding this past June, 2016… I loved my bouquet and my bridesmaids loved their bouquets! The centerpieces for the venue were absolutely gorgeous that I had some guests, sneak away with the extra ones we had!! A compliment I will treasure always!! But I must say, you’ve outdone yourself when it came to our decor at the Jewel Event Centre, our Venue… John and I were so impressed, blown away and in love with your work and we can’t thank you enough! So many of our guests complimented our centerpieces, decor and the atmosphere, which you set for the night! It was absolutely gorgeous! You made my vision come to life and I’m grateful to have met you!! You are my Go-To for flower and décor going forward and I would recommend you to anyone who ever asks if I know any vendors for Flowers and Décor! You are magnificent, brilliant and your service is exceptional!!
