HORRIBLE experience. I booked them for a corporate event and played 4 games, had lunch and drinks. Two of the games were broken (Cyber sports and Time freak) and the coordinator gave us wrong vests and ruined our laser tag game. When I told him, he said: "yea so we're moving to your next game now". They have charged me extra and I've been unsuccessful to get a hold of them since Friday. This has been by far THE WORST corporate event I have organized for our company.

Facility was nice, organization was painless. Laser tag guns worked and were in good condition. Only complaint is staff on site seemed bored but conducted themselves well enough.
