I contacted them for a July 1st BBQ, mostly based on good online reviews. They confirmed availability via email on June 2nd, asking that I book by June 8th. I did so, and received the quote on June 11th, after asking for it a second time. They asked for payment via interac transfer, and since the information to pay wasn't included on the invoice, I emailed back on June 12th asking that they confirm the email for the transfer. At that point, they just disappeared. For over a week, I tried to reach them by phone and email with no response. Now, two weeks later, they still haven't gotten back to me, even if just to say they aren't available. Very unprofessional and I cringe to think what would have happened if I had paid. Please save yourself the stress of dealing with this company.

Kevin was very responsive and we had two great servers help us with our event. It gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy our guests. Both were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. A great help and will be sure to use them again next year. Thank you!
