Honestly, it's crucial to give more weight to the critical reviews rather than the bribed 5-star ones. My visit here was a complete disaster.

It's unthinkable that any bride should ever have to endure the same emotions I did when leaving this place. It's evident many people have terrible experiences here and all situations have a pattern of similar incidents.

Save yourself the time, don't go. There are so many better-operated bridal locations.

What a great experience we had at Sharleez Bridal. The place is beautiful and welcoming. The staffs are friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. The designs are unique and beautiful with lots of options. Overall it was a great experience. We are very pleased with the service.

Beware, my mom ordered her dress from here for my wedding. It took close to 14 weeks for the dress to come in. She ordered the dress April 11th and it arrived July 17th. IT DID not fit her AT ALL (it needs to be have both sets of straps adjusted, taken in at her bust, armpits and the bodus of the dress shortened plus hemming close to $200 worth of stuff to be done) all things they supposedly measure for your "custom gown". I think what frustrated me the most was the customer service, my mom called on a couple occasions to check about her dress and was given different expected arrivals and all she asked was for a call to keep her updated. No one followed up with her and I ended up going into the store and was met by an extremely unprofessional so called owner. The owner of the store who refers to herself as the "designer" so she doesn't have to take responsibility for anything refused to come out from the back and speak to me. She went as far as calling the main desk I was standing beside to ask if the "agitated" customer had left the store. I went in today July 19th to speak to the owner Shar, she told me she would not be able to do anything about the poor service I received as they held up there end of the contract which was delivering a custom measured gown within 12 weeks. All of which is false, the dress came in 14 weeks and did not fit my mom at all. She also made clear with a smile of her face the dress had been paid in full at time of purchase so there is nothing she is willing to do 9 (this is how they scam you!! do not pay for anything in full until you see the final product). She was very condescending to deal with and showed no professionalism. AVOID purchasing a bridal gown or dress from this store, save yourself the headache and stress!!

Terrible experience for both me and every single person in the wedding party. Sharleez left everything to the last minute, blamed all of her mistakes on ME because I "didn't remind her" of apparently EVERY DETAIL for EVERY ITEM that we ordered and she just didn't order anything until I had to tell her 3 times for some of the items. This was terrible, over priced, and in the end, I felt ugly in my wedding dress on my wedding day....it absolutely broke my heart, it didn't fit right, the material was cheap and it cost me an insane amount. All of my brides maids were also disappointed in their dresses. And worst, Sharleez and some of her staff do not know how to speak to customers; from telling me about the bad s*x they have with their dates, to their own divorces and telling me not to lose any weight before my wedding because it would be too expensive for them to alter my dress.....WHAT?!?!?

I bought my dress for my wedding last spring for fall 2018 wedding from Sharleez Brida. I bought my dress along with my bridal parth and my mother’s dress. I have never felt more beautiful, classy and sexy at the same time. The look on my husbands face said it all. Me being a little curvy, I was petrified wearing a white gown in front of 300+ guests, but Sharleez consultants were great, finding me the gown that hugged my body in thr right places and altering it to perfection. Also need to mention how stuffing my bridal party looked and fit each one of their shapes so well. I would highly recommend Sharleez Bridal for your special day!
