Our norm is to experience different venues each year, and for 2016 we chose Sheraton to host our annual Staff Christmas party, and by far, it was the very best we've had in years. Our Company is made up of diverse ethnic groups; and for the very first time, there was 100% satisfaction, based on the feedback received from everyone in attendance. It's quite an achievement, when all rave about the quality and absolutely delicious taste and quantity of food provided (we customized to a great extent on the international buffet selection listed); the attentive and pleasant hosting and bar service received, the ambiance and festive atmosphere created. The evening by far, surpassed expectations, and we give high credit to the team we worked with, who all went above and beyond to ensure we got all we were hoping for and more. Thank you for the excellence in service provided, and for a most memorable evening to remember. I'm sure we will be back again! For anyone considering a Venue, I would highly recommend Sheraton as a top choice for hosting a private or corporate event. We were completely happy with our choice and so will you!

We have been holding our annual staff Christmas/Holiday party at the Sheraton North Toronto for the past 5 years. It is an excellent location with top notch facilities. The service from staff though is what keeps us coming back. They go out of their way to accommodate our requests and tailor the evening to our specific requirements. They are easy to do business with and I highly recommend this venue if you are looking to host a private or corporate event.

Our company has been hosting events at the Sheraton Parkway for years and I have to say the property and staff are amongst the best we have used. The recent renovations to the conference space has only enhanced our experience there. I feel the staff are empowered to make our stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible, if we require anything extra or if something is missing they are quick to help out or make it right. I also have to mention the conference management and sales team who go out of their way each and every time we use the Sheraton to make sure all our requirements are met and they are amazing at working with us to make sure we can get the right space for our events. The location and parking are also big pluses compared to other venues. I would highly recommend this property to conference and event planners, you and your attendees will be impressed.

I don't usually put in the effort in writing reviews, put I definitely felt the need to write a review of my amazing experience at Sheraton Parkway. First of all, the big wedding day turned out wonderful. The service I had at Sheraton was absolutely amazing, and I felt very lucky to have such a talented and skilled management to be helping me plan for my big day.
