What better way to help introduce wedding and event planners to a fabulous event space, then offering a day of indulgence and pampering in preparation for what will undoubtedly be an incredibly busy yet thrilling wedding season!
Offering a blank canvas for up to 100 seated guests and 200 guests for a cocktail reception, The Loft on King offers a refined, rustic and modern feel. Exposed brick, natural light and a wildly delicious menu are only a few highlights of this incredibly versatile event space.
This unique space can easily be transformed to fit many different aesthetics. The team chose to create a modern chic look featuring neutral tones with pops of copper accents. Fresh white linen, ghost chairs, copper flatware and textured glassware provided by Event Rental Group, created a visually appealing tablescape. Bellwood Blooms designed several lovely arrangements of seasonal flowers in a range of vessels to complete the look. The lounge area was a true highlight. Furniture provided by Divine Furniture Rental allowed guests to see the versatility of the space for a small event of 30 or an extravagant affair of 200. Also, who doesn’t love a velvet lounge?!
The team curated a menu that allowed guests to taste a variety of delicious food, without missing the opportunity to catch up with friends. Tuna Ceviche, Grande Mac Empanada, Machu Picchu salad, Yuca Frita’s, chocolate Brownie’s and Coco Helado’s were enjoyed by all. Of course, no rooftop party is complete without a rockin’ guacamole, and let me tell you, this is a MUST have when dining at this venue.
Cocktails and good conversation flowed throughout the event while guests enjoyed the stunning set up of the rooftop. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a glass of Moet. If that isn’t the most ideal way to start a party, I’m not sure what is! Following the champagne, guests were treated to cocktails and fresh coconuts. Sunshine, champagne and coconuts: it’s a mini vacay on this rooftop!
Her Majesty's Pleasure treated guests to a luxurious hand massage, and reminded us that taking time to pamper ourselves during wedding season should always be a priority.
As the afternoon progressed, we were treated yet again to another surprise. A local artist drew portraits of the guests throughout the event to take home and enjoy.
A big thanks to Marleigh and the team at The Loft on King for a refreshing and relaxing afternoon. If you’re looking to host a corporate, social event, or wedding on trendy King West, make sure to check out this venue!
