We’re always looking at new and innovative ways to improve the functionality and usability of our website. To achieve this, we carefully monitor both the needs of you, the vendor (our client) and balance it with the needs and wants of our users (i.e. your clients).

In closely monitoring the preferences of our users (your clients), we have come to understand that many have expressed a strong preference for receiving responses from vendors directly in their message centre rather than via their direct email address. This allows users to manage, organize, and sort all of their event-related emails, notes, and booking information all from one platform rather than having to keep track of their correspondence across multiple channels.

In other words, when you receive a lead, rather than copying and pasting the sender’s email address and starting a new thread, it is instead recommended to simply click “reply” and the user will still receive your email directly to their inbox. We believe you’ll find that users are more inclined to respond more quickly to you.

Of course, you still have the option to respond with whatever method works best for you; we just wanted to share our findings with you.
