The most important thing to highlight is that Graydon has been continuously reinvesting in itself, year after year. We’ve worked hard to enhance the aesthetics of the building, elevate our services, and consistently deliver the best food of any event venue in Ontario — which led to the creation of our catering division, Couture Cuisine Corp.
While our weekends book out years in advance (we’re already booking for spring and summer 2027!), our best value is found in weekday events. Another unique feature of Graydon is that we offer lunchtime events seven days a week, whereas most venues limit lunch service to weekdays.

For over a decade, Karina Lemke has been one of Toronto’s most sought-after wedding planners, gaining international recognition as a featured expert on “Rich Bride Poor Bride”, Entertainment Tonight Canada, and numerous national media outlets. A firm believer that wedding planning should be exciting rather than exhausting, she famously organized her own Laguna Beach wedding to Mark Breslin in just 30 days—complete with a Vera Wang gown, celebrity chef cake, and live band—proving that dream weddings don’t require years of planning, just the right expertise and vision.
