Graydon Hall Manor is a historic boutique venue, established to produce sophisticated events with an uncompromising attention to detail.

Whether you desire dinner for a select few or a dazzling event for a few hundred, the private rooms at Graydon Hall Manor are the perfect venue. Available only for special events, rooms are available for daytime or evening functions year round, and can host sit-down events for 20-180 guests as well as cocktail parties from 40-400 guests. For an unequalled setting, consider our 160 foot long stone terrace that over looks flowing fountains and formal gardens. The terrace can be reserved with or without our custom-made clear span canopy, and seats up to 250 guests.

Enjoy champagne on a 160 foot-long terrace overlooking cascading fountains & formal gardens. Then, proceed to our grand dining room complete with elegantly dressed tables, ornate mouldings, 14 foot ceilings, sunny bay windows & charming fireplaces.

I got married at GHM in July 2025 and honestly believe we couldn't have chosen a better venue if we tried. Our wedding was 205 people and we felt that the venue was spacious enough. The feedback we got from so many guests is that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We worked with Liane Low who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure we had our dream day. My favourite food is sushi and they were able to accommodate this during cocktail hour and think of things like serving it instead of placing it out on a table because of the hot weather. Liane and GHM thought of so many little things like this that we wouldn't have considered on our own and they always made sure we were aware of all the options available to us. We had a lot of different vendors including Chinese lion dancers, Irish dancers, a live band, a violinist & cello duo, a photobooth, a content creator, and late night snacks - not only did Liane and GHM accomodate them all so nicely, but the feedback we got from all the vendors is that GHM is one of their favourite venues to work with because they're responsive and treat all vendors really well. On the day of the wedding, Liane worked so seamlessly with our wedding planner to juggle all those different moving parts so everything went off without a hitch. Throughout the planning process, Liane and her team were also so patient in fielding all our questions and walking us through next steps in a really clear way. When I had some trouble with the seating arrangements, Liane even put time aside to have a call with us to try and help us come up with seating arrangements that worked for everyone. I couldn't recommend Graydon Hall Manor enough!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We wasted 1 month of our time going back and forth with Graydon Hall trying to plan our wedding. We requested a weekday for our wedding so that we could have our event in August of this year, with a rather short timeframe overall (our previous wedding was cancelled because of Covid, so we wanted to plan something relatively quick this time). They told us the date was available, but they were not very clear on their terms. I have at least 30 emails going back and forth with these people and it’s like pulling teeth to get any information. A month later, they told us our wedding was too small and left us with even less time to find a venue so we could get married. To be clear, my inquiry with Graydon Hall stated our wedding size from the very beginning. Prior to this, they also cancelled our venue tour date, telling us on a Friday at the end of the day - our tour was booked for Monday morning. They of course don’t respond to emails over the weekend either. Absolutely didn’t care that myself and my family booked off time to see their venue.

It’s quite clear they don’t care about you or your event. Appalled they can call themselves a luxury vendor with such terrible service.

I didn't have one worry. I hope to work with them again in the future for another special occasion.

This was my first time Officiating a wedding ceremony here and, my, oh my... what an astonishingly beautiful venue! The gardens are simply spectacular, reminiscent of the gardens at Versailles. The outdoor ceremony was stunning set against the manicured lawns and majestic fountain. The staff were energetic and professional and Madison was very cheerful, helpful and friendly. Alas, I did not sample the food but it sure looked yummy! Looking forward to working here again. Thanks Madison!
