I can't say enough wonderful things about this space! we had a wedding of ~60 guests. Our ceremony was in the parlour and the reception was in the pavilion. Several guests were blown away by what a surprise the venue was and how beautiful it was for the event. Feast Your Eyes! was our caterer and absolutely every detail was tended to personally. Additionally, there is a wonderful bridal suite on the second floor that can easily accommodate your entire bridal party, or be a quiet spot for the newlyweds to catch a breath or for a new mom to feed a baby in peace.

I went to a wedding last year and was blown away with building and staff. Manager was so friendly and helpful. I told my cousin and we just went back for his wedding end of October. What a difference. No staff to be found and washrooms were a mess during the wedding. Sorry I suggested it. The kitchen staff did their best to help and food was good but would not go back.

I would highly recommend Alderlea for any event. I had a wedding their recently. It's so beautiful, they did a fantastic job renovating it, but still leaving all the old type architecture. The upstairs is amazing, it's a huge bridal suite with mirrors, couches, kitchette and a huge area to get ready. All the small rooms to use for pics, the cermony area with the skylights is stunning!! I got tons of compliments about the venue. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. It's worth a tour that's for sure, so check it out!!

I just has my wedding here at Alderlea Sept 17 2016. It was amazing. Charlene was great to work with. I brought my own DJ and brought in my own speakers as well as up lighting. It was definately the wedding of my dreams. TK Catering was also great. Service was amazing. They paid attention to detail. It showed that they cared about the bride and groom. They are very passionate in what they do and it really showed. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an great space for an intimate event. Max capacity is 80.

We do not have a preferred vendor list however, we do have a partnered caterers list only

Are we able to use our own caterer?

Alderlea has eight (8) partnered caterers who offer a variety of options. The Alderlea caterers are the only caterers permitted to work on the premises. Please click here to contact the caterers directly for more information (NOTE - clients are welcome to use multiple partnered caterers so as long as the involved caterers are aware and in agreement)

If we have friends or family who are Smart Serve certified, are they able to serve alcohol at our event?

No, all servers must be provided by one (1) of our eight (8) partnered caterers
