It's a beautiful space but they upcharge on everything. While they say you can have your own caterer, they won't let your wedding planner do their job and force you to rent from their caterer, who upcharges you on everything to make sure they get as much as they can. They have a 15% Landmark fee on Food only, which is great and fine until you find out you also have to pay their caterer who will be doing no work and charging you premiums on rentals will ALSO change you 10% on your food cost...why? Because they can. There is no back up plan for rain, no room for more than 200 people, yet you're charged for a 300+ wedding after they're all done with you. If you decide to go ahead, you also have to pay to have their staff attend, not to work, just to watch, to make sure you don't pinterest something they don't like. I loved the bridal room as it reminded me so much of my childhood, but I can't believe the lack of heart and overall capitalist view they have on their venue and weddings in general. It would have been a beautiful wedding if they would just let us rent our own supplies and not force us to work with EnVille who doesn't even take the time to respond to an email or work for your business, it's not really fun to try and plan the best day of your life when you're being treated as just another number or undeserving or their attention. Miller Lash would be my top bill if they didn't work with EnVille.
