Couple: Stella & Will
|
110 Guests
Venue: Art Gallery of Ontario
Stella and Will’s wedding at the Art Gallery of Ontario was a stylish homecoming celebration for the couple, who now call New York City home. Wanting their loved ones to experience Stella’s hometown, they chose one of Toronto’s most iconic landmarks for their big day. Wedding Editorials captured the celebration throughout the gallery, from portraits beneath its striking architecture to the couple’s first kiss. The ceremony took place in the light-filled Galleria Italia before guests moved into Walker Court for the reception.
Planned and designed by Behind the I Do, the celebration followed a classic black-and-white palette with white florals, black accents, and acrylic chairs. DeLight Floral + Design brought the look together with modern arrangements, while Stella’s Enzoani gown and beauty by Ford Beauty completed her bridal style. One of the sweetest details came during cocktail hour, where custom napkins featuring the couple’s beloved dog, Brie, gave guests a little reminder of home.
The reception brought plenty of energy as CLK Lion Dance & Kung Fu led Stella and Will’s grand entrance with a lively lion dance, celebrating Stella’s Chinese heritage beneath the gallery’s iconic spiral staircase. Impact DJ kept the festivities going before the couple shared their first dance. With its meaningful setting, cultural touches, and thoughtful nods to the people and places they love, Stella and Will’s wedding was a memorable Toronto homecoming.
