Co-founder of WPIC Inc. (The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada and the Wedding Planners Institute of Coordination). Tracey certifies and trains independent wedding planners worldwide and the on-site wedding coordinators at Resorts including Sandals, Beaches, Palace, the Hard Rock All Inclusive Collection, and Atlantis in The Bahamas. She has also trained the members of the Bahamas Bridal Association and the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association. Tracey has arranged and produced conferences, seminars and learning trips all over the world. WPIC created the first Destination Wedding Certification program in the World, which is still the most well-known and respected. Through this program Tracey has trained Travel Agencies and independent Wedding Coordinators in Destination Weddings. As a Wedding Planner herself, with her company, Tracey M Events, she has coordinated Destination Weddings and events in Florida, Las Vegas, Ireland, Turks & Caicos, Bahamas, Romania and Mexico, to name a few. Tracey's work has been featured in countless magazines and articles. She regularly speaks at event conferences and has been interviewed on TV and quoted in various Media outlets all over the world.
