Last night, one of downtown Toronto’s most acclaimed hidden gem venues, The Burroughes pulled out all the stops and opened up their doors to host an Open House Client Appreciation event. If you haven’t been to the Burroughes before, you’ll absolutely love the early 20th century historic feel: everything from the great glass elevator ride to the charming, exposed brick walls.

The team at The Burroughes called upon some of the best vendors in the biz to deliver guests an experience they wouldn’t soon forget: a gorgeous venue, beautiful flowers, fabulous decor, and of course sumptuous, delicious catered fare.  A steady flow of guests and perfect ambient decibel level (thanks to the DJ), gave the evening a perfect vibe.

And what’s a party without food? The Burroughes welcomed six of Toronto’s best caterers to the event! Guests raved about the food and so will we!

The team from Food Dudes offered a choice of 12-hour braised short rib or pan seared halibut served with smoked cauliflower puree, roasted green asparagus and pickled heirloom carrot slaw.
