Skip the tour. Waste of time. Only thing good was the free beer. It is good beer tho. The tour guide just carried on. Id say buy beer and leave. The only food they have are pretzels; I dont eat junk food much, when I do it wont be a pretzel. Good looking staff tho!

Best beer in Toronto. Brewed with German Reinheitsgebot. The 30 minute tour is definitely worth it. Most funny tour guide I ever had and enough information to understand the basic process. There's beer supply during the tour and after, so don't you worry! Would go there again and recommend it to anyone staying in Toronto!

First off, let me say that I am a huge beer fan, and I love microbreweries. I have probably been to most microbreweries within a 400 km radius of Toronto. My visit on Friday May 18, 2018 to this place was not a positive one. I came in there before 6 pm and once inside, I asked for a beer, to which I was told that it's after 6 pm and they are closing. They wouldn't serve me a beer, nor would they sell any beer to go. This is Canada, 2018, Friday May 18, long weekend, Victoria Day, and you have a major brewery right in the core of the city, closing at 6 pm? Right...I was also displeased to hear an announcement from the bar to everyone still in the establishment, for everyone to finish their drinks and exit, because, and I quote, "it's Friday night and the staff here want to enjoy their Friday too". Really? You're working at a bar / restaurant and you're telling people to leave because you want to enjoy your evening too? How rude and arrogant.Save yourself a visit from this place and head to other fantastic breweries within the area that are walking distance with better beer, food, and friendlier service, not to mention real operating hours.Trash.

I have been drinking this beer for years and it was nice to finally get a chance to see where it was made. Our Tour guide was very knowledgeable and you could tell that he was really enjoying what he was doing. If you go I would definitely recommend the unfiltered that they serve at the end of the tour. It is a shame that you can't buy it to take home.

Steam Whistle ... What a venue! Having done hundreds of events and weddings in the space, I can honestly say that it's one of my favourites in the city. By it's very nature it is beautiful and does not need a lot of extras to make it look spectacular. Katie Panousis and the rest of the staff and events team are a wonderful bunch of people to work with. Easy going but decisive and always excited to help out ... A real pleasure.
