Spacious, scenic and central, Steam Whistle is home to one of the most gorgeous event venues in Toronto. Featuring beautiful brick and beam architecture, large multi-paned windows, 30-foot ceilings, hand-hewn support pillars and exposed original brick, this stunning event venue is made for unforgettable gatherings.

Steam Whistle Brewery is home to five unique event spaces that can accommodate groups of 12 to 1500. Our on-site events team will work with you to ensure every detail of your event is meticulously planned and seamlessly executed.

With a bustling atmosphere that’s warm and inviting, Steam Whistle is the perfect backdrop for corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, product launches, bar/bat mitzvahs, and parties of all types.

Huge thanks to Steam Whistle and the Food Dudes for organizing and delivering a fabulous and safe corporate holiday event amid huge constraints. From the outset, the team at Steam Whistle was in solution mode for us... they managed to deliver a socially distanced event for a large group that ended up feeling warm and intimate. The menu was fantastic, with passed appetizers, passed desserts, and four outstanding food stations to meet all tastes and dietary needs. The room was beautiful with the addition of a round bar and gorgeous table settings. Above all else, and as mentioned by other reviewers, the service was extraordinary. From the first phone call to the delivery of the final invoice - consummate professionalism, helpful advice, friendly and positive attitude. We could not have asked for better.

We would not have been able to have a wedding without all your help and support. It was like a dream! How amazing to have a wedding in this beautiful place at the heart of Toronto! Stunning flowers and lovely balloons were just perfect. The most important thing is professional and kind staff! You are the charm of Steamwhistle! We were touched by your service. Steam Whistle is hands down one of my favourite venues in the city! It has history, elegance and ambiance rolled into one package. It's a bonus that there are multiple event spaces within the brewery and each can be dressed a little or dressed a lot to work with all types of events be it corporate, weddings or social. I highly recommend this venue and the amazing team known as the Good Beer Folk!!

It was an honor to be part of “In service of Love wedding”; a great initiative that took place in August 2020 where as part of a collective, we supported a hospitality worker during one of most difficult times the industry has ever seen. The attention to safety protocols and following all rules made everyone feel safe and cared for. From the venue supervisors to the event staff, DJ and sound technicians we were able to focus on marrying our couple and delivering our ceremony to their invited guests. Steam Whistle is hands down the coolest venue in downtown Toronto, and a favourite to cater in! Now with the addition of the sleek Locomotive Hall, this venue offers two unique spaces for large groups. Both spaces offer great flexibility with set up and design. The industrial rustic look and feel of the venue works perfectly with the downtown vibe. We're proud to have catered fabulous events at Steam Whistle and look forward to many more!
