Chair Covers Plus has always been spot on with everything from the day I started planning my own wedding. Now i'm in the business doing events of my own for others and they are always at the top of my list to call. I just completed a corporate Christmas party with 500+ people and they provided linens and chairs and everything turned out perfect! workers were on site on time and worked so quickly to put everything in place! Chair Covers Plus was not only professional but accommodating in providing myself and my fiancé with all of our wants and needs. We had a specific vision for our engagement party, and working together with Lisa and Alicia allowed us to bring this to fruition. I had picked and made a deposit for the linens in June. I get a call 4 days before the reception, that they don't have the full quantity. I had to drive to their location and fix their mistake. I only got a $50 discount for their lack or organization. Then on the day of the reception, they sent 2-3 less overlays. The satin linens on few didnt even hit the floor but 1/2 way down the table! They also said it would take them 2 hours to get to markham from milton, its only an hr drive, maybe an hr and 15 mins. I literally had to do their job and fix their mistakes. I would not advise anyone to book their linens through them. I really wish I never paid them, unacceptable service.

We have used Chair Covers Plus for many of our weddings. Lisa and her crew are very reliable, punctual and the chair covers and sashes are always clean and arrive in great condition. I've rented from other companys in the past, who did not provide the same service.
