I am so very upset, angry and disappointed with you're place. My husband took my 5 year old son bowling tonight and arrived before 6.. Was told that they could not bowl because of some league that was starting at 7pm and ending at 9pm. My son has autism and was really really looking forward to play a game. For him to even want to go out and do these things is a big deal. Just 1 game.. He never plays any more.. Hardly even finishes a game. Which would take like a half 20 min max??? Why would the lanes be closed if no one would be showing up for an hour??? My son began screaming on the floor and my husband had a very difficult time leaving and putting him back into the car because he didn't understand why he could not play. My husband even asked to speak with the manager and he didn't want to come out because he was "on the phone".. Ya right!! Thank you Champs for ruining their night out and making my sons night a horrible one.. My husband even was crying when he called because of how upset he was. You can make sure that will be the last time any of us come to your facility. Thanks for ruining our sons night. Champs is horrible.. Cannot believe whoever was working couldn't allow a little boy with autism play a few minutes when no one was coming for over an hour!!!! You make me sick!

I throw my company kids Christmas party here every year and they do a fantastic job. All the kids and parents rave about how much fun they have. Janet Rossell is amazing at what she does, making sure your every request is fulfilled. Staff is friendly, attentive and willing to help you out with your needs. I totally recommend having a company function or just a night out at Champs FEC.
