We hired BBQ Feast to cater our outdoor wedding of 130+ guests, providing our cocktail-hour appetizers, dinner, dessert, and late-night food. We loved that they were able to bring their smokers onsite and prepare the food fresh, which was especially convenient since our venue did not have a kitchen.

One of the things we appreciated most was the flexibility to customize our menu and add services based on our needs. We were able to offer a variety of dishes to accommodate our guests, including a separate vegetarian menu. The food was a huge hit! Our guests complimented the food throughout the night, and the BBQ tofu was especially popular among our vegetarian guests, with many going back for seconds. The pinsa we chose for our late-night food was also delicious, and even the leftovers tasted just as good the next day!

The food presentation was also beautifully done, especially the dessert and fruit displays. Everything was set up on time and ready to go as planned. They executed everything flawlessly and made sure every detail came together perfectly on our wedding day.

We worked closely with Kathy throughout the planning process, and she was incredibly organized, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Kathy, Natasha, and the entire BBQ Feast team were so easy to communicate and work with, making the entire catering process seamless.

We’re so thankful to BBQ Feast for helping make our wedding day such a success, and we would absolutely recommend them for any event!

When looking for a new catering option for our Annual Employee Appreciation Event, BBQ Feast went above and beyond my expectations. Great customizations for cultural and dietary considerations, and the food was well received by all. I rarely see people go for their third serving, and we had many! Andrew and his assistant were fantastic, quick set up before the event, had everyone served and seated quickly. Their clean up and packaging of leftovers was truly appreciated. I can't decide which of your smoked meats is my favourite!

If you're looking for something different for an event, I highly recommend BBQ Feast for their amazing staff, their incredible food, and amazing service.

Thank you so much to this AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL company! The whole process was seamless! I signed the contract - the event date came - they came - they set up - they served (150 guests) - they cleaned up, packed up the leftovers - and absolutely amazing folks at this place! If you have an event planned you should definitely call up Kathy and she will talk you through everything with a smile!! Worth every penny!!
