Absolutely terrible experience with Allure Limo. They swapped the party bus we booked for two small Sprinters last minute without informing us — completely ruining my friend’s wedding day. When we tried to talk to the owner and manager, they were rude, dismissive, and basically said “it is what it is.” Out of 23 buses, ours just happened to break down 2 minutes before? No apology, no solution — just attitude. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My brother hired this company for his wedding. What a nightmare! Compared to other limo companies, the prices were lower but its not worth it. They send the wrong limo and tried to gaslight us into thinking we were wrong. And then the bus we had for the transport of the family did not have the heat working. The travel back was cold during the night. We asked the driver to turn the heat on and he kept telling us it takes time, but the heat never worked. It actually felt like there was cold air blowing the entire time. Upon arriving home, the driver admitted that the heat doesn't work and he put a complaint to the owner. My brother spoke with the Taj. She said they would look into it but no follow up has been done. I would never hire this company. So inconsistent. Don't take the chance on your big day!

Booked a vintage Rolls Royce for specific reasons and that was not the car that was sent. The driver was not dressed in professional wear and did not open the door at all. This was for an elegant 50th anniversary party. When I inquired about this the buck was passed and no ownership at all taken. Nothing ! Very poor customer service. Will not recommend this company at all.

We chose allure limo for our wedding. Aman, one of the employees at this business was our contact for our booking. He was a bit difficult to get hold off but when we finally did, he was able to figure out our limos for our wedding.

The real problem happened after the wedding. Due to a miscommunication, we paid an extra lump sum for our final payment. Since then we have had a very difficult time trying to get a hold of the company. If we do get through, they make up excuses about needing to discuss the details of the payment with upper management or that they already made payments.

I would highly recommend staying away from this company. Very shady.

They have a beautiful fleet but on our special day we did not get the vehicle we ordered.

Pls read over your contract carefully if dealing with this company as they changed our request with another vehicle without giving us any notice.

This was a last minute booking to pick-up and transport 16 people from 4 different pick-up locations to a downtown Toronto venue and back. Driver Ray was on time coming and going. Very professional, great attitude and well turned out. His driving abilities getting in and out of some of these tight locations thoroughly impressed me. If I ever have need for a big limo again I'll be requesting Ray as driver.
