Dustynne and Fraser’s country chic wedding at the stunning Gracewood Estate at Kurtz Orchards is truly a breath of fresh air. The couple, who met through mutual friends, created a day filled with modern flair and the most darling details — all of which added to the natural beauty of their venue. Of course when you have the brilliant minds at Shaw Events at the helm, it’s pretty much a given that you’ll have a wedding as gorgeous as this one. Fortunately for us the creative lens of Purple Tree Photography was there to snap each memorable moment. You definitely don’t want to miss this one!
Amidst the most gorgeous greenery the couple shared their sweet first look before their love-filled photo session with Mother Nature serving as the ultimate backdrop.
The couple made it official in an elegant ceremony underneath a dreamy tent and beautiful blooms, including a lush breathtaking arch.
From the Bride: My overall vision for the big day was just to have a laid back wedding with no stress. We were just happy to have everyone together in one place. We wanted to focus on what truly matters to us, which is our family and friends being together to have a good time. We kept our ceremony quite short, so that everyone could spend more time socializing and catching up together.
The couple’s reception was a country-chic event to remember! Their event planners helped them bridge the gap between city glam and down-home charm, and the result was truly something to remember. With darling personal details, a sophisticated white palette, florals galore from Bloom & Co., and vintage decor and accents from Simply Beautiful Decor, the night was the perfect blend of rustic modern. Later, guests were treated to a scrumptious floral cake from the bakery geniuses at The Dessert Room.
From the Bride: My favourite part of our wedding by far was just having all our friends and family together in one place. Since we live in Dubai, its very hard as we don’t get to see our family and friends very often so this was definitely the most special part of the day to me.
