Walk into CHILL and the complete environment is constructed of ice including the walls, bar, furniture and the glass you drink from! The stunning ice sculptures feature a variety of themes so the interior is constantly changing. It is a unique experience for visitors of all ages! The adjacent Gatsby's offers a warm lounge for extending your visit. A superb venue for private parties up to 120 people.

Fantastic venue - unique atmosphere! Great option for an event!

Organized a corporate event in July and it was a big hit! They are extremely accommodating and will help you plan the event (e.g. games, decorations, etc.)! One of the great benefits of the space is there is something for everyone - people can spend time on the dance floor, play games, hangout at the bar or explore the ice house. The food was also fantastic! Would 100% host another event here and recommend to others.

I organized a corporate event in October 2017 and it was so good that I organized another event a few weeks after. The staff are friendly and make planning events effortless. From the custom ice sculpture, the late night grilled cheese sandwiches, and the piano man (who is amazing!), you can't go wrong at CHILL. Definitely recommend this place!

Incredible - CHILL Ice House was the venue for a Smith School of Business and Queen's Venture Network event. We wanted something away from the norm. Something that provided an experience. The unique venue, with the ice room, ice bar (drinks served in super cool ice glasses), and follow through to the 'cozy' cabin, was the perfect place for an event with a difference. Gresham and Meredith Bayley, owners and operators, were amazing hosts and looked after our every need - from the initial booking, menu options (food was awesome!!), all the way thorough to the very warm welcome from both on the night. I highly recommend CHILL Ice House for every occasion - date night, event with a difference, or a party! I doubt you will be disappointed.

I've organized a holiday party for work, multiple university reunions, and even a birthday at CHILL and I keep going back because the events are always a hit with my guests and because the team at CHILL make it super easy to plan. The ice room really blows people away and the bar area in the back in great for conversation or dancing, depending on the party. Love that they work with you to set up entertainment (piano man, photo booth, etc) and the food is always great (the grilled cheese sandwich with Doritos in it is next level).
