Vendor Review and Warning: House of Flowers TO (House of Flowers Toronto LTD)
To any couples in the GTA researching decor vendors: save yourselves the stress and avoid House of Flowers TO. We hired them for our wedding reception at Apollo on September 26, 2026, and the experience was completely unacceptable.
Under our signed $5,900 reception contract, they explicitly committed to providing specific, high-end styling items: 
40 guest table centerpieces consisting of clustered glass vases with floating candles AND coordinating bud vases with florals. 
Two head tables featuring a floral runner across the bridge, hanging globes with tea lights, tapered candles, and bud vases with florals. 
What they actually delivered:
They completely cheaped out. Our head tables had absolute zero on them and were left completely bare. On the guest tables, instead of the clustered glass vases, floating candles, and full centerpieces we paid for, they just scattered tiny, sparse bud vases. 
When we addressed these missing elements with them, they tried to gaslight us by claiming they worked within our budget, completely ignoring the signed, itemized contract we paid in full. Worse, when we pushed back on the sub-par execution, they resorted to outright coercion, telling us they would take it all down if we did not like it right on the day of the event when they knew we had zero time to react. 
Taking cash, delivering a fraction of a contracted package, and threatening to strip the venue bare when called out is completely unprofessional. Check your setups immediately and look elsewhere if you want reliable vendors.
