The Heritage Lounge was an excellent venue for our family gathering. A comfortable, pleasant room with lots of windows, easily accessible from the free parking lot, with clean washrooms nearby. The room was well-equipped with tables and chairs, comfortable small group seating, lighting and power connections. The staff was very helpful with arrangements, suggestions, and preparations. Very highly recommended.

Every year since 2013, the Toronto Postcard Club (TPC) has held their annual Vintage Postcard Show in the Kobayashi Hall. The facility has exactly what we need; good lighting, free parking and is accessible by public transit. Our event is in February and the parking lot and the sidewalks are always cleared of snow. The congenial staff is responsive to all of our needs. Our 250 attendees are very comfortable spending many hours looking for that perfect antique postcard at the JCCC. We always book a year ahead to make sure we get the space. Highly recommended

The venue is immaculately maintained, the facilities are numerous and accessible, and the Staff is extremely professional and always willing to assist in any situation. We have held our annual events there for the past 3 years, and each time our expectations have been exceeded. We are proud to continue our relationship with the JCCC, and look forward to many more years hosting our events at their venue. The JCCC was the perfect venue for our educational conference. Haruko and the staff of the JCCC went above and beyond expectations to ensure that the event was a success. Haruko's professional, timely, and courteous manner made conference planning infinitely less stressful. The facilities are clean and beautiful and the free parking is a huge bonus. It is walking distance from the conference hotel Toronto Don Valley and the Aga Khan Museum (the second site for our conference). I highly recommend the JCCC to others who are looking for venues for events such as small conferences.

As the Toronto centre for the international Self-Realization Fellowship organization we periodically host guest speakers from our Los Angeles headquarters over a very busy weekend from Friday to Sunday evening. For some events we accommodate up to 400 people and depend on reliable audio visual equipment for presentations. In April we used the JCCC and found that they had all the meeting facilities we required. Our audio/visual technicians found the JCCC technical staff and equipment to be suitable for our needs. Haruko and the event planning staff, Constantin and the technicians were all extremely professional in helping us prepare for the event, in setting up the facilities as agreed, and in being there during the event to ensure all went well. We are thoroughly pleased with our experience at the JCCC and intend to use it in the future.
