Nothing but positive things to say about Ladybug Florists. Have been ordering from them for over a year now and only had great customer service and fantastic looking flowers. Would highly recommend Ladybug Florist for any occasion!

They take too many orders on Valentines Day. Mine came in on the 15th when I ordered it for the 14th

The customer service at the store itself was very pleasant. When it came to the delivery, I specified for a certain time which they agreed upon. The delivery came at a much earlier time when she wasn't home. It was also left with the concierge when the point of delivery is for the personal touch. I called the shop and they still thought it wasn't delivered yet the concierge had messaged her at work prior to my call, so there was a miscommunication there and no element of surprise. The arrangement was made to only have a couple of roses, of which one fell off the next day. I really wanted to like the place but I am probably not going back.

I worked with Ladybug Florist for my September 8th wedding and I had such a positive experience with their services. Everything was absolutely perfect, and better than I ever could have imagined. Working with Manny, Claire and the team was so easy and seamless, the whole experience was amazing! Plus, they easily could work within my budget and I felt like I had full control over how much was spent - and it was super affordable!When I first started wedding planning I was a bit stressed about the flowers, it seemed like quite a task to select bouquets and pew bows and centrepieces, but Ladybug Florist absolutely nailed the look & vibe I was going for. I am so so so happy with how everything turned out and I seriously owe it all to them! I highly recommend using Ladybug Florist for any upcoming weddings or personal events!
